This
polished performer and her band was busy battling jetlag as they traveled
halfway around the world not once, but twice to entertain the U.S. Armed
Forces stationed in Japan. In addition to those successful international
tours, was an eye opening and suspense-filled journey to the Balkans
Region where the band was officially transported to various U.S. military
camps in Kosovo and Macedonia for special concert performances at these
locations, boosting the morale and spirits of the troops stationed in
this dangerous and troubled part of the world. Closer to home, they've
had the honor of opening for such Country Music Greats as ALABAMA, TRISHA
YEARWOOD, GEORGE JONES and TANYA TUCKER. Additional past performances
include the Grand Reopening Celebration at the Grand Central Terminal
in New York City, the Fernwood Resort in Bushkill, PA, and countless
outdoor concerts throughout the state of NJ at fairs and various local
summer concert series. Lead vocalist Valerie, does an excellent representation
of Shania Twain vocally as well as visually; not only by capturing the
vocal style of the country mega-star, but also by the meticulous duplicating
of her stage costumes. Fans of all ages adore her show and admire the
talent and energy put forth by Valerie and her fellow band members.
In true Shania style, the music is uniquely pop-country with a whole
lot of attitude and a kickin' rock edge. The band covers songs from
all three of Shania's platinum CDs ("Shania Twain", "The Woman In Me",
and "Come on Over"). With such hits including the crowd favorites "You're
Still the One", "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!" and "That Don't Impress
Me Much" just to name a few. With the recent release of Shania's new
CD titled "UP!", debuting at #1 on the album charts, Valerie has increased
her repertoire and is ready to pay tribute once again to the leader
of the current "Country Crossover" phenomenon - SHANIA TWAIN!
